Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our short-term rental operations.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our properties and providing top-notch service to our guests.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate short-term rental bookings, including scheduling, guest communication, and follow-up.
Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms.
Maintain and update property listings across various rental platforms.
Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
Compile and organize guest feedback to help improve the guest experience.
Support the management team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and local regulations affecting short-term rentals.
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality or Short Term Rental Sector Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with property management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed.
